Mr. Luate David John Yosopata joined Yei Teacher Training College in April 2022 as a tutor with extra responsibilities of assistant academic registra and Head of department for Agriculture, a member of the chaplaincy department and now Harriet Memorial Fund Scholarship committee. Mr Luate worked for the Episcopal Diocese of Yei, Central Equatoria Internal Province, Anglican Communion since 2016 till Aril 2022 in the capacity of a Diocesian secretary. As a Diocesian secretary Luate was in the management team that supported and ensured annual plans were drawn, executed, monitored and evaluated. With guidance for the Bishop Mr Luate organized council meetings and synods.

Mr Luate David holds a Bachelor of education from Ndejje University in Uganda. Luate is an advocate of gender and girl child education.
